WHAT IS THE TRICICLO LOYALTY PROGRAM?

O Programa Triciclo é um sistema de fidelidade e recompensa, que converte resíduos sólidos em pontos (os “tricoins”), que podem ser convertidos em diversos produtos e serviços. Para tanto, basta o interessado se cadastrar em nosso Programa criando uma conta digital triciclo. WHAT ARE TRICICLO BUSINESS MODELS?

Triciclo explores its ecopoints as urban furniture (mídia out of home), carrying out media campaigns, of trademarketingand endomarketing. With a modern data collection and monitoring system real time, provides information from market-share local and for CRM. It also performs all reverse logistics of waste, promoting the circular economy, and complying with federal, state, and municipal legislation, as well as sectorial agreements and other legal regulations, with the issuing of environmental certificates.

WHAT IS RECICLA PHARMA?

A Recicla Pharma é uma máquina de venda reversa, explorada como um canal de mídia out of home, e aimed at the pharmaceutical retail, collecting expired medicines and pharmaceutical packaging, such as blisters, medicine boxes, cosmetics, aerosols, personal hygiene, among others, generating triciclo points and/or vouchers

WHAT IS DEIXAKI?

The Deixaki is a sea container used as a non-automated Voluntary Delivery Point, with a local tricycle collaborator, destined and responsible for the collection of large volume and variety of materials, generating tricycle points and/or vouchers. Aluminum, plastic, paper, steel, long life, glass, plating, copper, electronics, vegetable oil, lamps, hazardous waste, among others, can be delivered, except for organic material and waste.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TRICICLO POINTS?

Consult our benefits catalog on our website (www.retornamachine.eco.br) in the "Benefits" area, and through our mobile application "Triciclo", available on the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, in the "Exchange Points" and/or "Advantage Club" option.

HOW DO I CREATE A TRICICLO ACCOUNT?

You can sign up for the Triciclo Loyalty and Rewards Program:

a) Through Retorna Machine or Recicla Pharma, clicking on the field "Create Account".

b) Through our site (www.triciclo.eco.br), in the "Register" area.

c) Through our application "Triciclo" for smartphones and tablets, available on the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores.

In all cases, you will need to enter a registration email, define a username (username), inform your CPF or CNPJ (in case of a Legal Entity), define the access password and accept the terms of the Triciclo Program Regulation and Privacy Policy.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE TRICICLO ACCOUNT?

Each User may have only one single registration in the Triciclo Program, resulting in only one tricycle account per email and CPF/CNPJ. If two or more registrations or accounts are found to exist for the same User, only one of them will prevail, to be defined at Triciclo's sole discretion.

Triciclo reserves the right to exclude you from its network and to cancel your points, regardless of any applicable legal action, upon becoming aware of illegal conduct or conduct contrary to the Triciclo Program Rules, falsehoods or bad faith employed by you in using or obtaining the benefits of the network, and may prevent your further return, without any refunds.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY TRICICLO ACCOUNT?

You can access your triciclo account:

a) Through Retorna Machine or Recicla Pharma, by clicking on the "My Account" field.

b) Through our site (www.triciclo.eco.br), in the "Login" area.

c) Through our application mobile "Triciclo", available on the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores.

 

HOW CAN I ACCUMULATE TRICICLO POINTS?

By having a triciclo account, you can accumulate trichoins by delivering solid waste previously validated by Triciclo to any of our collection points . To find them, use the filters on the map in the "Where to Recycle" area of this site or search in the "EAN Guide" area.

You can also view this information by accessing the "What to Deposit" area, on the websites of Retorna Machine (www.retornamachine.eco.br), Recicla Pharma (www.reciclapharma.eco.br) or Deixaki (www.deixaki.eco.br)

At the time of recycling, simply inform your tricycle account by email or username at the Retorna Machine or at Recicla Pharma to accumulate points. If your recycling occurs at Deixaki, please inform your triciclo account via email, username or CPF/CNPJ to our local collaborator.

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR ACCUMULATING TRICICLO POINTS?

Each User (triciclo account) can deposit up to 10 (ten) packages a day, to accumulate points, in the Retorna Machine and in the Recicla Pharma (independently).
From the 11th packing day on, the points will be automatically donated to the Philanthropic Institutions helped by Triciclo.

The points value per package and kg of material will vary according to the material collected in each Triciclo's ecopoint. DO THE TRICICLO POINTS HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?

The Triciclo point is valid for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date the point is accrued.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY TRICICLO POINTS?

You can exchange your tricoins at any time, respecting the exchange rules of each partner:

a) By Retorna Machine or Recicla Pharma, accessing your tricycle account in the field "My Account" -> "Exchange Points".

b) Through our website (www.triciclo.eco.br), accessing your account in the "Login" area and then "Exchange Points" and/or "Advantage Club".

c) Through our application mobile “Triciclo”, disponível nas lojas Itunes App Store e Google Play, na opção “Trocar Pontos” e/ou “Clube de Vantagens”.

Then choose the product or service you wish to redeem and the amount of tricoins. For your security, you may need to confirm your password.

 

What is the minimum or maximum amount of points that can be exchanged for products or services?

There is no minimum or maximum amount of points to redeem, but the redemption rules of each partner must be considered.

Is it possible to cancel my order for product or service redemption?

It will not be possible to cancel the application and/or return the points used to redeem benefits.

EXCHANGING POINTS FOR CREDIT ON THE BILHETE ÚNICO
The type of Single Ticket recharge allowed through the triciclo points is the Regular Ticket. You can redeem your triciclo points for credit on the Bilhete Único Comum in the following ways: a) By Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma: access your triciclo account in the field "My Account" -> "Exchange Points" -> "Single Ticket" and follow the on-screen instructions. In this case, it will be mandatory to have your Single Ticket Card in hand and approach it to the card reader in the equipment, to redeem the points and then recharge the card. b) From our website (www.triciclo.eco.br): access your account in the "Login" area and then "Exchange Points" -> "Bilhete Único" and follow the on-screen instructions. In this case, you do not need to have your Single Ticket Card in hand. Just enter your ticket number, disregarding the first two digits and entering only the subsequent sequence of nine numbers. The redemption amount will be credited to your card account and will be available for recharging (see topic below). c) Through our mobile application "Triciclo": available at Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, under "Exchange Points" -> "Bilhete Único". In this case, you do not need to have your Single Ticket Card in hand. Just enter your ticket number, disregarding the first two digits and entering only the subsequent sequence of nine numbers. The redemption amount will be credited to your card account and will be available for recharging (see topic below). I redeemed my points through the site and/or the app. What is the procedure for the recharge to be credited to my card? Even if the exchange is made through the website or application, you will need to recharge the informed card in a Retorna Machine or Recicla Pharma, clicking on the button "Single Ticket Query and Recharge", which will be on the home screen and using the equipment's card reader. What are the redemption rules? For every 20 triciclo points you can redeem R$ 0.07 (seven cents) of credit on the Bilhete Único Comum. How will I know that I have obtained the requested credit? You must check the balance of your Bilhete Único (Single Ticket), through any reader or through the card reader in the Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma. Can I use the reader of the Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma to consult the balance and make other refills? Yes, and for all the Single Ticket modalities. To do so, click on the button "Single Ticket Consultation and Recharge", which will be on the home screen and, using the card reader on the equipment, you can consult your ticket balance and make recharges, regardless of whether they originate from triciclo points. I redeemed the points and the credit was not loaded on the card, what should I do? First, make sure that you have performed all the above procedures correctly. I realized that I entered the wrong ticket number. Is it possible to reverse the operation? The operation cannot be reversed, so be sure to fill in your ticket number correctly. Triciclo is not responsible for any inconsistencies in the ticket number entered. Therefore, we suggest that you always use the card reader found at the Retorna Machine and at Recicla Pharma. I am sure I have done all the above procedures correctly, but the credit has not been loaded to the card, what do I do? EXCHANGE POINTS FOR CREDIT ON THE BOM CARD
The type of BOM Card recharge allowed through the triciclo points is the Regular BOM Card. You can redeem your triciclo points for credit on the regular BOM Card in the following ways: a) By Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma: access your triciclo account in the field "My Account" -> "Redeem Points" -> "BOM Card" and follow the instructions on screen. In this case, it will be mandatory to have in hands your common BOM Card and approach it to the card reader in the equipment, in order to redeem the points and then recharge the card. b) From our website (www.triciclo.eco.br): access your account in the "Login" area and then "Redeem Points" -> "BOM Card" and follow the on-screen instructions. In this case, you don't need to have your regular BOM card in hand; all you need to do is enter your ticket number. The redemption amount will be credited to your card account and will be available for recharging (see topic below). c) Through our mobile application "Triciclo": available at Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, in the "Redeem Points" option -> "BOM Card" and follow the on-screen instructions. In this case, you don't need to have your regular BOM card in hand; all you need to do is enter your ticket number. The redemption amount will be credited to your card account and will be available for recharging (see topic below). I redeemed my points through the site and/or the app. What is the procedure for the recharge to be credited to my card? EXCHANGE POINTS FOR CREDIT ON THE MTU CARD
The types of MTU Card reloads allowed through the triciclo points are the Regular, Easy, Bearer, and School MTU Card. You can redeem your triciclo points for credit on the MTU Regular, Easy, Bearer or School Card in the following ways: a) By Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma: access your triciclo account in the field "My Account" -> "Exchange Points" -> "MTU Card" and follow the on-screen instructions. It is not mandatory to have your MTU Card in hand, just enter your ticket number. The redemption amount will be credited to your card account and will be available for recharging (see topic below). b) From our website (www.triciclo.eco.br): access your account in the "Login" area and then "Exchange Points" -> "MTU Card" and follow the on-screen instructions. It is not mandatory to have your MTU Card in hand, just enter your ticket number. The redemption amount will be credited to your card account and will be available for recharging (see topic below). c) Through our mobile application "Triciclo": available at Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, under "Exchange Points" -> "MTU Card" and follow the on-screen instructions. For every 100 triciclo points you can redeem R$ 0.10 (ten cents) of credit on the MTU Regular, Easy, Bearer, or School Card. How will I know that I have obtained the requested credit? You should check the balance of your MTU Card, through any AMTU (the company responsible for recharging the MTU Card) authorized reader. I redeemed the points and the credit was not loaded on the card, what should I do? First, make sure that you have performed all the above procedures correctly. I realized that I entered the wrong ticket number. Is it possible to reverse the operation? The operation cannot be reversed, so be sure to fill in your ticket number correctly. Triciclo is not responsible for any inconsistencies in the ticket number entered. I am sure I have done all the above procedures correctly, but the credit has not been loaded to the card, what do I do? EXCHANGE POINTS FOR CREDIT ON THE ENEL ELECTRICITY BILL
You can redeem your triciclo points for discounts on your ENEL São Paulo electricity bill in the following ways: a) By Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma: access your triciclo account in the field "My Account" -> "Exchange Points" -> "ENEL" and follow the on-screen instructions. b) From our site (www.triciclo.eco.br): access your account in the "Login" area and then "Exchange Points" -> "ENEL" and follow the on-screen instructions. c) Through our mobile application "Triciclo": available in the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, under "Exchange Points" -> "ENEL" and follow the on-screen instructions. To make the redemption it will be necessary to inform the electric installation number (NUC) on your electric bill. What are the redemption rules? For every 100 triciclo points you can redeem R$ 0.27 (twenty-seven cents) off your energy bill. How will I know that I got the discount I requested? The discount will occur on the invoice for the open month or, depending on the date of redemption, will be discounted on the following month's invoice. The invoice will contain the identification "ABATIMATION OF RETURNS Recycle More, Pay Less" and the respective discount amount in the field "BILL DESCRIPTION". If the discount requested is greater than the value of your invoice, the residual balance of the discount will be made in the energy bill of the following month, and so on. I redeemed the points and the credit does not appear on my energy bill, what should I do? First, make sure you have performed all the above procedures correctly and check your points statement to see if triciclo points have been debited. It is possible that the system has warned you of an invalid NUC error: "Invalid NUC number". In this case, triciclo points are not debited from your account. I am sure I have done all the above procedures correctly, but the credit does not appear on my energy bill, what do I do? EXCHANGE POINTS FOR CREDIT AT SARAIVA PLUS
To redeem your triciclo points for SaraivaPlus points, you must have an account with the Saraivaplus Program.
If you don't have one yet, sign up for Saraivaplus at http://www.saraiva.com.br/saraivaplus.

If you have a Saraivaplus account, simply enter the CPF identifier of your Saraivaplus account through:

a) From the Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma: by accessing your triciclo account in the field "My Account" -> "Redeem Points" -> "SaraivaPlus" and following all on-screen instructions. b) From our website (www.triciclo.eco.br): by accessing your account in the "Login" area and then "Redeem Points" -> "SaraivaPlus" and following all on-screen instructions. c) From our mobile application "Triciclo": available on the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, under "Redeem Points" -> "SaraivaPlus" and following all on-screen instructions. What are the redemption rules? Every 5 triciclo points equals 1 Saraivaplus point. How will I know that the conversion has been successful? The triciclo Program will prompt you with the following message: "Operation carried out successfully! Your triciclo points have been converted into Saraivaplus points. Check it out at: http://www.saraiva.com.br/saraivaplus" Then, you can confirm it on your Saraivaplus account statement. What is the deadline for the conversion to take place and for me to have the points credited to my Saraivaplus account? Upon successful conversion of triciclo points into Saraivaplus points, Saraivaplus points will be calculated into the entered CPF within 24 (twenty-four) hours. I redeemed the points and the credit does not appear in my SaraivaPlus account, what should I do? First, make sure you have done all the above procedures correctly and check your points statement to verify if there was a triciclo points debit. It is possible that the system has warned you that you have not registered your CPF and said: "Dear user: there is no registration with Saraiva for the CPF informed. Please register in the Saraiva Plus Program through the link: http://www.saraiva.com.br/saraivaplus". In this case, your account will not be debited. Please make sure your CPF is registered with the Saraivaplus Program. I am sure I have done all the above procedures correctly, but the credit does not appear on my energy bill, what do I do? POINTS FOR PREPAID CELL PHONE RECHARGE
You can redeem your triciclo points in prepaid cellular credit from operators OI, VIVO, CLARO, TIM, NEXTEL: a) By Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma: access your triciclo account in the field "My Account" -> "Exchange Points" -> "Cell Recharge" and follow the on-screen instructions. b) From our site (www.triciclo.eco.br): access your account in the "Login" area and then "Exchange Points" -> "Recarga Celular" and follow the on-screen instructions. c) Through our mobile application "Triciclo": available in the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, under "Exchange Points" -> "Recarga Celular" and follow the on-screen instructions. First select your Operator, then your Area Code and the desired credit amount. Finally, enter your cell phone number (not including the area code). The redemption amount will be converted into credits for your prepaid mobile phone. What are the redemption rules? For every 100 points, you receive a R$0.35 (thirty-five cents) credit on your prepaid mobile phone. Each operator and area code has a minimum recharge value that must be respected. How will I know that I have obtained the requested credit? You should refer to your carrier's rules. It is possible that your carrier will send an SMS to the cell phone you entered, confirming the credit. How long does it take for the conversion to take place and for me to get the requested credits? If the triciclo points conversion request is successful, the value will be credited to the number informed within 24 (twenty-four) hours. I redeemed the points and the credit was not made on my cell phone, what should I do? First, make sure you have performed all the above procedures correctly and check your points statement to verify that triciclo points have been debited. It is possible that the system has warned you of an error due to an invalid telephone number or insufficient balance of points for the desired recharge: "Invalid mobile number, or you do not have enough balance. In this case, the triciclo points are not debited from your account. Finally, make sure, in case of a successful redemption message, that the mobile number entered was the correct one. I am sure I did all the above procedures correctly, but the credit has not been made on my phone, what do I do? REDEEM POINTS FOR CREDIT PAGBANK - UOL
You can redeem your triciclo points for credit in your UOL Pagbank digital account as follows: Step One: Linking a Pagbank Account to a triciclo Account At first, you need to create and link a Pagbank account to a triciclo account via the: a) our website (www.triciclo.eco.br): access your account in the "LOGIN" area and then "PAGBANK" and follow the on-screen instructions; or, b) our mobile application "Triciclo" (IOS/Android): on the "PAGBANK" option and follow the on-screen instructions. Remember to later download the PagBank super app and complete the registration of your account by sending the documents. After completing this process, you will be able to convert triciclo points into credit in the linked Pagbank digital account. Second Step: Redeem triciclo points for credit on a Pagbank Account With a Pagbank digital account linked to a triciclo account, you can redeem your triciclo points for credit on your Pagbank account through: a) from Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma: access your triciclo account in the field "My Account" -> "Exchange Points" -> "Pagbank" and follow the on-screen instructions. b) from our site (www.triciclo.eco.br): access your account in the "Login" area and then "Exchange Points" -> "Pagbank" and follow the on-screen instructions. c) from our mobile application "Triciclo" (IOS/Andoird): in the option "Exchange Points" -> "Pagbank" and follow the on-screen instructions. What are the redemption rules? For every 100 triciclo points you can redeem R$ 0.15 (fifteen cents) in credit in your Pagbank account. How will I know that I got the discount I requested? You will receive an email from Pagseguro, in your registered email address on Pagbank, stating, "Payment completed: The payment in the amount of $ XX sent by Triciclo has been received and is available to you on PagSeguro." What is the deadline for the conversion to take place and for me to have the amounts credited to my Pagbank account? If the request for converting triciclo points into Pagbank credit is successful, the values will be credited to the informed account within 24 (twenty-four) hours. I redeemed the points and the credit does not appear in my Pagbank account, what should I do? First, make sure you have performed all of the above procedures correctly and check your points statement to see if triciclo points have been debited. If the Pagbank account you entered does not exist in Pagbank's database, the triciclo points will not be debited from your account. I am sure I have done all the above procedures correctly, my triciclo account has been debited, but my Pagbank account has not been credited, what should I do? CAN I DONATE MY TRICICLO POINTS?

You can donate triciclo points to institutions supported by us: a) By Retorno Machine or Recicla Pharma, being logged in your account, and selecting the option "Donate Points". b) From the Retorna Machine or Recicla Pharma, without logging into a triciclo account, select "Recycle -> Donate Points". c) Through our website (www.triciclo.eco.br), accessing your account in the "Login" area and then "Donate Points". d) Through our mobile application "Triciclo", available on the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, in the "Donate Points" option. HOW TO RETRIEVE MY TRICICLO ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
a) For Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma, click on the field "Enter Account" and then on the button "Forgot my password". You will need to inform your registered e-mail. A new password will be sent to your registered e-mail. If you do not receive it, check if the message was directed to your spam or junk box. b) Through our site (www.triciclo.eco.br), on the link "Login" -> "I forgot my password", simply informing your registered e-mail address so that a new password can be sent to you. c) Through our mobile application "Triciclo", available on the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, by clicking on "Forgot my password". If you do not remember or have lost access to your registered e-mail address, please contact the Triciclo Relationship Center at contato@wp-triciclo.azurewebsites.net or call 0800 880 9999.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY BALANCE, STATEMENT AND CONSULT EXPIRED POINTS?
You can access your account balance and statement, and expiring/expired points: a) By Retorna Machine and Recicla Pharma, in "My Account" -> "Statement". b) From our website (www.triciclo.eco.br), "Login" -> "Statement". c) Through our mobile application "Triciclo", available on the Itunes App Store and Google Play stores, in the "Extract" option.
WHAT DOES THE triciclo DO WITH ALL THE COLLECTED MATERIAL?
All recyclable material collected is sent to Triciclo's warehouse, which performs the sorting, classification, and baling phases (if applicable), for later sending to cooperatives and recycling companies, generating a source of income, raw material, and work.
